7 Day Diet Plans
The 7 Day Diet Plans are based around following a very strict diet outline and only consuming very specific foods. While the 7 Day Diet Plan does allow you to indulge as well on specific days this is not necessarily the healthiest of options, as this binge and purge type of life style can lead to various different eating disorders. The 7 Day Diet Plan claims to assist dieters in losing a fair amount of weight in comparison with the other popular diet plans, and this may be true. But to gain these results from an unhealthy eating habit is not a good beginning to a healthier lifestyle, which is what a diet plan should be. The 7 Day Diet Plan may have a dieter eating mostly fruits one day while only eating vegetables the next, this rigid eating habit can really put a lot of stress on some dieters.
Such a rigid and strict diet as the 7 Day Diet Plans is not something that we can support, and do not feel they are the best option for many dieters. Although the rigid eating habits can prove to have some quick results this is mostly a result from the body not having the nutrients it is required, and not the side effects of a healthy diet plan. 7 Day Diet Plans have had their popularity increase due to the instant gratification that so many dieters seek, but in reality there is no instant solution to losing weight and gaining a better self image.
The 7 Day Diet Plans are constructed so that on Monday a dieter eats primarily only fruits and vegetables, but can eat any and as much as the dieter pleases. On Tuesday, the 7 Day Diet Plans require that the dieter eat only vegetables, but again can eat as many as the dieter would like. Wednesday the 7 Day Diet Plans go back to eating both vegetables and fruits, but only vegetables and fruits. On Thursday the 7 Day Diet Plans get a bit more strict, Thursdays allow for 5 glasses of milk and 5 bananas only. It is from this extreme 7 Day Diet Plan that you can quickly, but in an unhealthy manner, lose up to 14 pounds in 7 days.
