Atkins recipe - Buffalo Chicken Wings

Some Atkins food recipes are easy to cook and are very tasty. They have healthy reasons also added to them.

Preparation:

To make the wings first preheat the oven to 450F. The preheating of oven is almost necessary for all the non vegetarian food items like lamb, chicken. Take a large egg and beat it properly. Add cannon oil, pepper, salt, vinegar, garlic powder, celery salt to the egg and mix well again. Use cider vinegar for this that is the best choice for cooking chicken. To add taste celery salt can be used instead of normal common salt. Take the chicken pieces, make sure that the ends of the wings are removed and cleaned properly. Dip the chicken pieces in to marinade completely. Place this chicken piece on a big baking pan. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes. In between remember to turn and brush marinade over the chicken several times. Repeat this process until the wings become crisp and cooked properly. Any sauce can be served along with this chicken as a side dish. There is a sauce that you can make. The sauce includes mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese; scallion chopped nicely, lemon juice, chopped garlic. All the above said ingredients need to be mixed well in a bowl. This would give us tasty blue cheese dipping sauce. The crumbled blue cheese adds taste to the chicken and sauce. This again depends on your taste. If you like some other variety of cheese then you are free to use that, but this is tested and liked by many. Wings and blue cheese sauce go well when served hot.
