- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic,
- 2 cups of soy flour,
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder,
- Half a teaspoon of salt,
- 1 cup of soda
- 2 eggs that are beaten lightly

Here is the simple step to follow how to make the Atkins Garlic Toast Crisps. First preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat the pan with the olive oil. Place the garlic and the olive oil in a small microwave cup and heat it until the garlic turns golden brown. Mix the soy flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Once this mixture is done, add soda, beaten eggs and the garlic oil. Bake the dough for 45 minutes. Test whether the dough is baked completely using the tester.
