The required ingredients to do:

Ø A Pie Crust is you need 1 cup of Soya powder

Ø 1/8 teaspoon of salt for taste

Ø 6 tablespoons of cold butter

Ø This cold butter must be cut into half inch cubes for usage

Ø Finally 1 and half tablespoons of cold water

Preparations:

Now here are the directions given to use these ingredients to make the Atkins Pie Crust. Mix up the Soya powder, salt and the butter in a food processor and wait till the mixture becomes like a coarse meal. Sprinkle water in the food processor to bring the mixture to a dough form.

Make small balls from the dough and flatten each ball to a 7 inch disc shape and keep it in fridge for 15 minutes. Wrap up the pastry with a 12 inch plastic wrap. Later remove the plastic wrap and invert into a plate. Press the center part of pastry down and decorative the edges. Again refrigerate for 15 minutes. Bake the crust in the Oven by heating it in 400 degree. The crust should be baked for 16 minutes. Cool the crust and use it as u wish once it is ready.
