Things you need:

· chicken broth – 6 cups

· Soya sauce – 4 tablespoons

· Diced Chinese cabbage + Diced mushrooms – 2 cups

· Diced tomatoes – 1 cup

· Ginger + garlic (1) finely grated

· Thai chili – deseed them and pound them – 1

· Finely sliced green onions – 3

· Diced tofu – 6 ounces

· Cleaned, shredded carrot – ½ cup

· Chopped fresh cilantro – 1 ½ tablespoons

It might say Vegetable bowl, but you could use a little chicken broth for that extra flavor and smell. To start off with, take a big wide saucepan and start heating the chicken broth and your soy sauce. Just when this starts boiling you can add in the cabbage, mushroom, ginger, garlic and chili. You’ll need to let this on the fire till you can sense the cabbage becoming soft and crisp and the mushrooms are soft. Once you feel the mushrooms and the cabbages are done and good to go, you need to add the remaining stuff like your tomatoes, carrots, onions and the tofu. Your Asian vegetable bowl is ready and you can decorate it with some nice freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy the rich aroma of these lightly cooked vegetables in pristine chicken soup that’s just low on calories and absolutely low on fat and all in ten minutes you have a healthy, tasty and easy all carbohydrates diet!
