Cantaloupe, Strawberry And Green Tea Soup Atkins Recipes
Ingredients:
- Ripe cantaloupe ( ripe, cut into an inch sized chunks)- 1.5 cups
- Ripe strawberries-1 cup, hulled
- Brewed green tea (unsweetened)- ½ cup
- Small strawberries or fresh blackberries- 8 nos. for the purpose of garnish
- Tiny mint sprigs-4 nos , for the purpose of garnish
Directions:
This recipe is one of the desserts. Pure cantaloupe and fresh strawberries are put in a blender. The blender is allowed to keep on running, and tea is added through the feed tube and processed till it becomes smooth. The soup is divided evenly in the bowls required. The bowls are preferred to be shallow. Two black berries of strawberries are added in the center of each bowl. The mint sprig is placed between the berries for the purpose of garnish.
