Directions:
A six cup mixing bowl is lined with a plastic wrap. The cappuccino mix is mixed in a big bowl. Two cups of cream are poured in a saucepan. The mixture is heated mildly for two minutes till the gelatin dissolves. The shake mix is poured over; till smooth, it is whisked. The mixture should not be over beaten and the mixture should not become thin. The mixture is strained through a sieve in a lined bowl. The bowl is tapped gently to remove bubbles of air.
