Be Toxin Free with Detox Diet Plans
For most, the term detox could only lead to any form of association with drug intake or alcohol dependence but it could actually be used to refer to diets and some methods dealing with the removal of dietary toxins in the body to ensure general health.
The Detox Diet Plan is a simple program that usually lasts for one to two weeks that is designed to effectively rid the body of harmful toxins. It increases elimination from the body, cleanses the colon naturally and enhances the body’s circulation.
This can be done by prohibiting the person to consume foods that are toxic and allergenic. It will require the person to take in nutrients that make the liver healthier.
The liver is the primary organ responsible for detoxification and when it malfunctions, toxins in your body will also fail to get out, causing major harm to your other organs.
The Detox Diet Plan is a fairly simple diet. However, it may be hard to follow for it is strict and it will require you to remove everything from your regular diet that is not a fruit.
For two weeks at most, you are only allowed to eat fruits. And not just any fruit, the Detox Diet Plan serves specific fruits that you would eat at each meal.
In example, for breakfast when dieting, you could only eat melon. Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Gala or Watermelon will all do but not any other fruit. Come lunchtime, you would only eat grapefruits or pineapples. You could eat as much as you like just do not mix it up with anything but 12 ounces of fresh carrot juice.
For your dinner, you may only eat apples, bananas, pears or grapes. As before, only one fruit at a time. You could change fruits the following days.
This may appear to be difficult but in a week or two, you will surely feel a lot better considering that you are cleansed of toxins.
