You would also have to integrate foods with the right amount of protein such as lean meats, skinless poultry and fish into your diet so that the body cholesterol would be minimized. Your overall diet will constitute 50-65% carbohydrates, 20-25% protein and no more than 30% fats. Follow low-fat diet plans strictly and you will get a healthy body and a healthy heart as well.
