The Fat Flush diet plan deals mostly with the amount of calorie the body consumes daily. It is a fairly restricted diet that limits food intake while requiring an individual to still keep herself active by doing regular exercise. This plan aims to change a person’s eating habits, make her eat less and focus on healthier foods—those with little cholesterol and fat. Also, it inputs an enormous amount of discipline to a person because while this diet is making her eat so little, she is still required to exercise and make sure that her body is burning those fats, enabling her to lose a lot of weight. This method also keeps the fat burning mechanisms of the body constantly at work. Unlike most diets that restrict the body’s calorie intake, this does not have side effects on the body’s metabolism because it works both ways.
The Fat Flush diet plan is divided into three parts. The first part is the process of flushing all the extra fat in the body by consuming foods with healthy fats and taking in at least eight ounces of protein-filled food. Also, vegetables with antioxidants and fruits are integrated to the daily diet plan. During this phase, the person should drink a lot of diuretics, keep moving and get the right amount of sleep and also keep track of both the major and minor changes in her body.
The second phase of the Fat Flush diet plan requires the person to consume not more than 1,500 calories per day. One would not be able to move to the third part, if the desired goal is not achieved.
The third phase is the Lifestyle Eating Plan that already allows the person to consume more than 1,500 calories but the diet should be of good carbohydrates, dairy and grain.
