Physical activity must be a part of any type of weight loss therapy. It is not possible to maintain a successful healthy weight control program without the use of physical activity. Physical activity can play a large role in contributing to weight loss and overweight or obese adults.
Physical activity also plays a significant role in the decrease of abdominal fat, as well as increasing the strength and structure of your heart. Initially in a healthy weight-control program, there should be moderate levels of physical activity for 30 minutes per day, five days a week. An adult should work towards setting a long-term goal to accumulate and accommodate at least 30 minutes of work and time per day, every day.
