Pia colada is one among the famous diets provided by Atkins diet recipes. They aim in transforming a person from being over weight to a person with correct body figure with healthy and hygienic habits so as to maintain his /her body weight at the correct figure for a long period of time.
Materials required:
• Protein shake mix (vanilla flavour)- two heaped scoops
• Vanilla syrup (without sugar)- quarter cup (or even five spoons which ever is feasible)
• Pineapple extract- two spoons
• Coconut extract- one spoons
• Ice- twelve or fourteen (or even two or three cups)
Method of preparation:
A container is taken and the ingredients are mixed in it. Then the mixture is transported to the blender and the mixed well to form a uniform mixture. While blending so as to facilitate effective mixing of all ingredients a slight addition of water is admitted. Ice cubes are added in different time interval so as to form homogenous preparation.
Recipe Information:
This recipe makes two servings at a time. Actually the preparation time is about five minutes. The marinate time is zero. The time period that is to be taken for cooking is also zero. Since the ice cubes are used, the mixture is chilled already. Hence no cooling time is necessary.
