Salad - Atkins diet recipe

We will begin trying to publish as many diet recipes as possible to help increase the number of tools at your disposal when trying to create the perfect diet for yourself. We will try to mix it up between various types of diet plans but will be starting it out, with a very simple Atkins Salad Diet Recipe.
Ingredients and Directions
Ingredients necessary for your salad:
- 1 cauliflower, head
- 1 cucumber 1 inch cut into bite-sized pieces
- grape tomatoes
- 1 thick sliced ham (from deli) diced
- 1 thick sliced turkey (from deli) diced
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper as desired
How to Prepare:
- Cook the cauliflower until tender
- Drain and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Add the cucumber, tomatoes, ham & turkey.
- Mix with mayonnaise and add salt & pepper, as desired
- Chill and serve.
This is a very simple but healthy way to start out your meal, and should be an added weapon in the arsenal of any Atkins Diet participant, the more diets made available, the more diversity that you will be able to maintain, the more likely you are to remain successful with your diet.
