Ingredients:

• Pears – 2 ( peeled, cored and halved )
• Butter – 1 table spoon ( unsalted )
• Lemon juice – 1 table spoon. ( squeezed freshly )
• Pepper – ¼ teaspoon ( grounded )
• Ginger – ¼ teaspoon ( grounded )
• Cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon ( grounded )
• Water – 2 table spoons
• Vanilla cream – ¼ table spoon ( extracted )

Directions to prepare:
The already heated oven is once again preheated to 375 Fahrenheit. In order to make baked pear fans prepare a slice of pear each one about ¼ inches in lengthwise. The cutting is made in such a way that one third inches is made at the stem. The cutting is always performed in a downward direction until it reaches the end which is rounded. A pan of about nine inch is taken. Butter is placed over the pan and melted by placing at the top of the stove. The freshly prepared lemon juice, grounded hot pepper, pasted and grounded garlic, grounded cinnamon and butter mixed with water are combined and added to the heated pan. The mixture is prepared well. The pears are placed over the pan with rounded side upwards. The recipe is covered with aluminum foil and the tender pears are baked. This is carried out for forty minutes until they turn halfway under mean time of baking. The recipe is served carefully and the vanilla cream is stirred and poured in pan. Again place the pan over the stove and heat for one minute by keeping the stove at slower condition. Pour sauce and delight the customer by serving warmly.

Ingredients:
• Whole wheat flour – 2 table spoons ( pastry )
• Soya powders – 2 table spoons
• Baking powder – ¼ teaspoons
• Chocolates – 3 ounces ( chopped, sugar free, baked )
• Cream which is very heavy like vanilla , strawberry – 6 table spoons
• Butter – 2 table spoons ( unsalted )
• Eggs -2 ( large and also at room temperature )
• Sugar substitute – ¾ cup ( granular )

Direction to prepare:
The oven which is already heated is preheated to a temperature of about 375 Fahrenheit. The large bowl is lined with a baking sheet which is a parchment paper. Whisk flour, Soya powder and baking powder are mixed in a large bowl. The safe microwave oven is taken chocolate and butter is heated to about 300 Fahrenheit. Heating is carried out until butter is completely melted and chocolates are smoothened softly. It is enough if heating is carried out to about one to three minutes. Stirring is carried out for nearly two minutes until it is smoothened. This stirring process can also be done in stove by placing it under slow condition. Sugar substitute and eggs are beaten by keeping the electric mixer under slow condition. You can also beat chocolates with egg mixture under little warm condition until it is completely blended. This is carried for one minute. The mixer is slowed down and the flouring mixture is combined. Doughnut is dropped onto the recipe which is prepared. Bake for 5 to 6 minute until it becomes soft at the top. The recipe is transferred to wire rack, cooled and then served.

One such main course is Atkins crab cakes. This particular recipe is very much liked by people for the taste and unique flavor. The ingredients include minimal oil, and healthy food products like red bell pepper, green onions, crab meat, 3 spoons of fresh parsley, half spoon of old bay seasoning.

The preparation also is simple. Heat a spoon of oil in a non stick pan in slow flame mode. Put one small red bell pepper and chopped green onion for 3 minutes. Move these things to a bowl then add crab, two spoons of bread crumbs, parsley, old bay and mayonnaises. Mix the mixture properly with a spoon until everything is blend together. Close the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 min. Take the crab cakes in small shaped containers and invert them on to a baking sheet. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and around the cake. Cover with a plastic wrap and again refrigerate for 24hrs. Take the pieces, heat a spoon of oil in pan and place the cakes over it. Heat till the cakes turn brown on all sides. Atkins crab cake is ready to eat.
