I chanced upon a thread of weight loss success stories as I was surfing the internet. Some stories are full of emotions, some are a bit comical, most inspirational but what is most important is that I noticed that all of them have a happy ending.
If there will be a survey regarding what most of us are troubled with aside from career, money or relationship, one of the top answers might be that of having problems with our physical appearance especially our weight. Indeed facing a weight problem is one of the toughest battle a person could ever have. Keeping off the unnecessary fat is a big problem. If you’re one who’s already at the brink of suicide because of diet plans or recipes that don’t seem to work, then better think again. Maybe reading weight loss success stories would help you reconsider.
Take for example Coty Fowler’s story. In her weight loss success story, she found out that going on a diet is not that difficult at all. All she did was go back to basics, so she called her diet the “caveman diet”. In the olden days, most of their food are steamed and most of all food didn’t undergo processing. And maybe, because there are less spices and ingredients available and used, food retained their natural taste and nutrition, perhaps less tasteful and delicious than how we prepare food nowadays. She used this diet not only to herself but to her husband who’s on a wheelchair. This diet proved that strenuous activities such as exercise, dancing, aerobics, etc may not always be included in your diet routine to achieve the body you have dreamed of.
At the end of the day however these weight loss success stories will be worthless if those who are planning on a diet don’t follow what they have planned conscientiously and religiously. Its still up to them to make that certain dream a reality.

Nowadays, we tent to know someone who is planning to go on a diet or is already under a diet plan. Through the years there are several books, documentaries, interactive videos, advertisements, medicines, etc that focus on being able to provide the public with a “sure” or the “quickest” way to lose weight.


Most of the people who are obese or are not satisfied with their weight would try all possible means just to lose a pound or two. Believing that once they try these popular or if not the most expensive diet plan they will sooner or later belong to those who have already shared their weight loss success stories.
Take for example one story I’ve encountered about a girl named Beth. Her weight loss success story was about being able to improve her eating habits through discipline and a strong motivation. Sky Taylor’s 4-day challenge worked for her. She just kept her brain and her body instincts in full coordination and gradually she achieved the weight she always wanted or at least got back to her original weight.
These weight loss success stories are meant to inspire those who are starting or are still planning to achieve their dream figure. Generally, these people who consider themselves fat or overweight frequently are the ones who are suffering from inferiority complex, and to them the only way for them to be able to boost their confidence is to lose the unwanted fat or weight. So, this weight loss success stories are very helpful. They’ll be motivated and inspired to go on and take action, because their goal of losing the excess baggage both physically and emotionally is a very much attainable.
